Skilled Labourer

Enterprise Recruitment are currently on the lookout for Skilled Labourer ideally with fabrication experience for our client based in Wairau Valley. There will be the opportunity to upskill if you do not have fabrication experience. This assignment could become permanent for the right person after 3 months. 

Our client designs and manufactures customised architectural aluminium louvres, aluminium and glass balustrades and aluminium canopies for residential, commercial and industrial buildings.

The role involves assisting with work shop and light fabrication duties, using a drill & a saw. There will be manual handling and repetitive movements. You may also be required to deliver goods in company vehicle.

This would be an immediate start for the candidate with the right credentials.

Days of work are Monday to Friday 7am 4pm

We require the following experience and attributes:

• Our client will consider people that have entry level experience
• Must have a full clean NZ drivers manual drivers licence
• Read and screen plans and charts
• Strong focus in health and safety
• Be physically fit and healthy
• Pass an employment drug test
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail - must be top notch
• Be a strong team player
• Have reliable transport
