Hãhã wines were launched in 2011 through the collaboration of four local Hawkes Bay families. They are now one of the most innovative wine companies in New Zealand, winning awards for it, and exporting to over 30 countries around the world. They are creative and ambitious, and are achieving rapid growth in New Zealand and globally. They are not a large corporate, but rather a small progressive company who are agile, nimble and very customer focussed.
Hãhã have some exciting growth aspirations over the next couple of years and as a result, a fantastic new opportunity is currently on offer for an experienced Operations and Logistics Coordinator, who knows how to get the wine into the bottle! This diverse role will see you involved in assisting with all aspects of harvest logistics, managing bottling and labelling runs, inventory management, coordinating deliveries, and liaising with suppliers….and more!
Essential skills and experience for this role include:
- Prior experience in logistics and operations, ideally in a similar environment
- Prior industry knowledge would be highly beneficial
- Good technical skills, able to pick up new systems, and use inventory databases
- Strong relationship management skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- A highly proactive and organised approach
- Solution focussed, creative problem solver
- Able to work autonomously
- A passion for and knowledge of great wine!
