THE ROLE:
As a Customer Service Representative at CARTERS Tauranga, you'll be service superstar known for your initiative and willingness to lend a hand. No two days are the same at our branch so you'll be quick to change pace and thrive on the potential to continually learn and develop your skills. This role is predominately based at our trade counter with an all-rounder approach to service and advice across all our products and services. You'll have a range of duties - so expect to:
- Always be providing service to customers
- Unloading product deliveries as branch
- Assembling and loading customer orders
- Assist on the Trade Counter
- Maintaining store / yard stock levels
WHAT YOU NEED:
- You're hands-on type of person
- You're fit and healthy
- Keen to help out with some heavy lifting
- Interested in upskilling to obtain Driver endorsements
- Have a full and clean New Zealand Drivers Licence. F endorsement highly advantageous
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol screen
