We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to motivate and lead our Stores and Warehousing morning shift based in Palmerston North.
This is a permanent, full time role, responsible for ensuring all Stores and Warehousing operations are carried out efficiently and safely, meeting all customer requirements.
Your hours of work will be Monday to Friday 4.30am - 1.00pm but you will need to be flexible to work extra hours/days as required.
We are looking for a top performer with the following skills and attributes:
- High level of maturity and confidence with Team Leading/ Supervisory experience
- Previous experience in either Stores/Warehouse/Imports environment
- Experience in performance plans, staffing reviews and operating within budgets
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service, urgency and a seamless quality delivery focus
- Able to relate well, and work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds
- Strong team player with the ability to coach and mentor staff
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- SAP experience (preferred)
- OSH certified forklift license (preferred)
- Computer literacy in all Microsoft programmes.
