A well known Freight Forwarder is looking for experienced Import Operators/Customer Service Agents to join their team over the busy mid year period!
Work within a great team culture looking after all aspects of Import Operations and Customer Service.
- Supporting all sea/air operations
- Admin and documentation processing including invoicing
- Order placement with overseas agents/suppliers
- Full end-to-end focus from order to delivery
- Customer service updates/inquiries via email and phone
- Previous relevant experience in freight forwarding
- Clear and professional communication skills – over the phone, in person and via email.
- Computer Savvy – EDI (Preferable)
- A sense of humour and passion for what you do!
