Sort Out Stuff is a practice management company providing administration support in the insurance and mortgage fields to independent advisers.

We are currently looking for a person to fill a contracting role for 15-20 hours per week.

 

The Role:

  1. Checking documentation for details and changes
  2. Making amendments on loans/lending
  3. Processing and completing loan maintenance duties
  4. Updating client and loan details to inhouse Client Management System
  5. Submitting applications as directed
  6. Making small calculations where appropriate/directed
  7. Processing/checking compliance
  8. Verifying info for/on clients
  9. Carrying out mini audits on accounts
  10. Loan fixed term expiries
  11. Follow up customer care calls

 

We are looking for someone with: 

  1. Great attention to detail
  2. Background of banking/mortgage lending
  3. Microsoft office skills including Excel
  4. Understanding of a Client Management System
  5. Good client communication skills
  6. Can provide own laptop preferably operating Windows
