Sort Out Stuff is a practice management company providing administration support in the insurance and mortgage fields to independent advisers.
We are currently looking for a person to fill a contracting role for 15-20 hours per week.
The Role:
- Checking documentation for details and changes
- Making amendments on loans/lending
- Processing and completing loan maintenance duties
- Updating client and loan details to inhouse Client Management System
- Submitting applications as directed
- Making small calculations where appropriate/directed
- Processing/checking compliance
- Verifying info for/on clients
- Carrying out mini audits on accounts
- Loan fixed term expiries
- Follow up customer care calls
We are looking for someone with:
- Great attention to detail
- Background of banking/mortgage lending
- Microsoft office skills including Excel
- Understanding of a Client Management System
- Good client communication skills
- Can provide own laptop preferably operating Windows
