About the role
The role of admin staff
Office coordination with brokers and the loan writer and with the principle
Data entries and maintained of client's information in CRM
Attend all our clients enquires and sorting out their needs in a timely manner
Liaise with our lenders and brokers and the clients for smooth work flow
Checking all the incoming emails and attend emails inquires and communicate the information to the concerned brokers, staff and the principle.
When the loans are coming up renewal, the clients must be communicated in well advance and to the lenders to offer the rates.
Attend all insurance renewal notices and communicate with the clients and the broker concerned to meet with the clients
The loan acceptance letter submission to the lender for the loan documentation and follow up all the requirement for the loan draw down
General insurance and life insurance coordinate with brokers concern for submission and follow up for all the requirements from the insurers and the clients to completion of issuing the policies in a timely manner
