These positions are Part-Time with (up to) 37 hours per week. You must be available SUNDAY & MONDAY to be suitable for this position.
About the role:
• People management: leading, coaching, developing, motivating and succession planning a high performing team
• Financial management: drive store profitability through budget and KPI performance along with wage control and minimising shrinkage
• Inventory management: high volume stock control, visual merchandising and store presentation
• Operations management: administrative tasks and stocktake
To be successful you will need:
• Previous assistant store management or supervisor experience with a proven ability to lead high performing sales teams
• The ability, and passion to motivate, inspire and engage team members in a fast paced environment
• Experience in a high volume stock environment with superior organisational and time management skills
• Be a true brand ambassador and display this through your attitude, performance and personal presentation
