About the role
An exciting opportunity for a full time Assistant store Manager in the busiest New Zealand store in our group. We are a market leader in our field with the aim of helping people.
What you would be doing
The main things that you would be doing include:
- Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Track sales and help drive your fellow team members to achieve
- Ensure the swift resolution of customer problems and complaints
- Perform stock takes
- Maintain merchandising standards
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- An outgoing, competitive and bubbly personality
- Proven ability to build positive professional relationships with clients
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Proven willingness to learn and improve
- Management experience and computer literacy preferred
