Turfrey are seeking a Customer Service & Sales Consultant for our Waikato Branch in Hamilton. You will ‘own’ our showroom and be our first point of contact for clients with enquiries about Turfrey’s services, sitting across sales, administration and the development of branch processes. These services include gas and wood fires, central heating, hot water, filtration and Weber BBQ’s. With Turfrey’s ongoing expansion, this is a role with big potential for a motivated self-starter.

Turfrey now has branches across the North Island, where we have developed an excellent reputation for providing a range of specialised trade services to clients large and small, including Plumbing, Gasfitting, Roofing, Heating & Drainage – as a part of this, we also supply our customers with high-end products through showroom & online sales.
You Will:
• Have experience in customer service and sales, ideally in a related field
• Be naturally sales orientated – warm, friendly and polished
• Be able to form strong relationships with clients from a range of different backgrounds, ensuring stand-out customer care at all times
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Have strong organisational skills – the ability to multi-task, prioritise and give attention to detail in this varied role is an absolute must
• Have a natural ability to problem-solve and take initiative in a busy environment
• Be highly computer-literate
• Have a desire to learn and develop in the role
• Thrive in a team environment – enjoy rolling your sleeves up and supporting across the board
This is a Full Time Permanent role, with a Tuesday-Saturday working week.
