Working closely with the senior management team, this is an excellent position with responsibility and variety. The role plays a crucial part in the running of the business and offers someone the ability to be hands-on as well as contributing at a management level.
This established and trusted organisation is looking for a customer-centric Retail Manager to lead and manage a supportive and success-driven team.
You will be responsible for:
- Working closely with department managers, setting and reviewing KPI's
- Maintaining the highest levels of customer service and follow up
- Recruitment, retention and training
- Upskilling and developing staff
- Appraisals and reviews
- Stock merchandising and management
- Inventory control and reviews
- Supplier relationships
- Adherence to H&S policy and other compliance
- Relationship building with colleagues across the business
