We are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team, but more than that we are looking for a leader who loves the buzz of running a busy store and might even surprise us with what you can do!

This is a full time role.

Work: Coach our fantastic team.

Knowing how to get the best out of people through active coaching (rather than telling) is pivotal to how our teams are succeeding. Leading your team on the floor, and working closely with them to help grow their sales capability will be key to your role, so you'll need to have prior experience in this style of management.

Study: Take your development seriously.
