About the Role:

You will be overseeing the day to day running of the store whilst providing a productive and motivating atmosphere for your staff as well as providing them with training. There is a large sales focus, so this is where your sights must be set. If you’re looking to challenge and grow your management skills, this is the role for you. Being the flagship store there is the chance to move into multi-site management.

You Will:

• Have a minimum 2 years experience in clothing retail
• Be familiar with driving sales and hitting targets
• Be able to showcase the culture and values of this company
• Be engaging, personable and consultative when needed
