At Four Square Edmund Road we pride ourselves on being at the center of our community and in playing an important part in our customers lives. Everything we do, is with the customer in mind. And we are looking for a Café, food prep, Barista super star.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Ability to work well in a team and can have a laugh when appropriate
- Experience in FMCG or retail preferred but not essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Able to juggle many balls at a time
- Physically fit (to lift up to 15kg). Not repetitively, but be confident with delivery unloads
- High attention to detail and understand the importance of product presentation
- Be comfortable to deal with suppliers
- Have previous café/barista/food prep experience - and ideally an understanding of Food Safety requirements.
This is a fast paced environment and is not for the faint hearted! If you are someone that enjoys getting stuck in, and working as a team then please get in touch.
You will be working approximately 20 - 25 hours per week and will be required to work some early mornings and some weekends - so you must be flexible. You must also be reliable and be able to put your job on your priority list.
