About the role
We are looking for someone who can own the consumer customer relationship by actively identifying customer's needs and proposing solutions. The role encompasses a full range of business activities from hands on selling, customer service, stock handling and maintaining the attractiveness of the store. Coaching staff, reach personal target and lead team to reach store target.
To be specific
- Manage the day-to-day operational procedures.
- achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) by utilizing product and services knowledge and outstanding sales and communication skills when conversing with customers.
- Take ownership of customer complaints and issues and try to resolve issues in the first instance. Assist to successfully resolve customer issues and problems, escalating to management if the issue remains unresolved.
- Coaching staff, reach personal target and lead team to reach store target every month.

Has Business/ Management tertiary qualification
