About the role:
 
Plumbing World Nelson is seeking a Showroom Sales Consultant with a difference.
 
The perfect bathroom takes planning.  It requires specialist knowledge, an understanding of the possibilities, process and the passion to make it a reality.  At Plumbing World we are the experts that help our retail and trade customers achieve their goals.
 
It’s not just about designing bathrooms, it’s also about playing a role in building relationships with plumbers, builders, and property developers as well as finding creative solutions for all of our customers.
 
This is a diverse role where you will not only be dealing with customers looking for great design ideas but also networking amongst our plumbers, builders, and architects in the region.
 
We want you to own this role from start to finish so we'll let you get on with assisting customers with their design concepts and inquiries, processing quotes and placing orders as part of a supportive and structured environment.
 
With full training and support on offer, we will be setting you up to succeed in this role.
 
Key to this role is a positive attitude, bubbly personality and willingness towards exceptional customer service and going the extra mile for our customers.
 
Skills and experience

• Sales and customer service experience is a must
• Understanding of plumbing products advantageous
• A bright, positive attitude will see you rising to the challenge
• Showroom or retail experience ideal
• Strong computer literacy
• Actively sell and promote Plumbing World’s products
