As the Full-time Retail Service Representative based in our Cuba Street Store you will use your technical knowledge and understanding of our products and services to take a different approach to the customer experience. Being an expert in the team you will support and educate customers with the set-up and use of their device, diagnose faulty devices and also help to upskill the team on any technical knowledge gaps. We put customers at the heart of everything we do and are looking for a like-minded person to join our team.


What will I be doing?

  • Understand customer issues, identify root causes and solutions and explain them to the customer 
  • Gauge the customer’s level of technical understanding and pitch the conversation accordingly
  • Identify opportunities for cross and upsell
  • Open and track service requests. Schedule technical appointments with customers 
  • Troubleshoot device software and hardware 
  • Train the store team on devices, internet, data & resolution of basic technical issues 
  • Liaise with Technical Support as required 
  • Identify and escalate trends in device failures 
  • Support other store operations as required
  • Ensure customer retention through follow up after technical issues 
  • Make suggestions to the Store Manager on how to improve customer experience

This is a full time position working 40 hours per week on a rostered basis, includes weekends and late nights.
