Mitre 10 MEGA Albany are undergoing a huge redevelopment and expansion project which will see us become the largest Big Box Retailer in New Zealand.  Despite our size we continue to pride ourselves on our warm and friendly, personable shopping experience and exceptional service levels to each and every customer that walks through our doors.

To assist us in our growth we are seeking Sales Team Members across a number of departments in store. These include both full and part time vacancies including one weekend day each week. 

You will need:

• Demonstrated experience in a customer focused role ideally a similar retail environment
• Confidence and comfort in selling solutions to customers - this is not an aggressive sales environment but there are sales targets you are expected to meet.
• A love for working with people and passion for home improvement.
• Good organisational skills and can manage administrative tasks.
• Computer savvy.
• A good level of physical fitness - you will be on your feet much of the day and will need to assist customers in transporting their purchases to their vehicles.
