Master Plumbers is a non-profit membership-based organisation for the New Zealand plumbing industry. Our dedicated team of staff offers our membership extensive resources to support and grow their plumbing, gasfitting and/or drainlaying businesses. We also provide guidance to consumers seeking to employ tradespeople they can trust. Our member businesses are Quality Assured and their workmanship is backed by the Master Plumbers Guarantee.
We have an exciting new opening for a Marketing Manager to champion and advance the brands of Master Plumbers and Masterlink – Mentored Apprenticeships. The Marketing Manager will work on all aspects of marketing requirements across both brands, including managing the implementation of all marketing campaigns and overseeing the production of all promotional material.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the development of strategic planning for both Master Plumbers and Masterlink, including initiating innovative projects to drive brand awareness, sales and business growth.
The Manager will work closely with our CEO and the Editor of the NZ Plumber magazine. The role has one direct report.
The successful candidate will need to have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, a tertiary qualification in Marketing, strong project management skills and proven people management experience. They will use their strong analytical skills to monitor and report on the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.
This is a great opportunity for a creative marketing person who thinks outside the box. As this is a new role, the sky’s the limit!
