The Opportunity

This role acts as marketing champion and campaign owner across all fuels marketing activity and all B2B marketing activity. Reporting to our Brand and Fuels Marketing Manager, the role will lead with insights and will work with stakeholders to deliver results with real business impact. You’ll have the opportunity to fully own campaigns, be involved in challenging and diverse projects and be a part of a wave of innovation both in terms of how we market as well as how we evolve our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage all fuels marketing activity, with the aim of growing the premium fuels categories for BP.
  • Lead all B2B marketing activity, bringing fresh thinking and new ideas to support growth.
  • Use insights from segmentation and consumer research to design and implement tactical campaigns, working closely with Loyalty and Retail to bring them to life.
  • Create engaging reports on performance, demonstrating success and recommending improvements where needed.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Demonstrated experience in execution of digital and marketing campaigns as well as project management experience.
  • Solid understanding of data and ability to translate this into action.
  • An organised nature with a keen eye for detail and a desire to plan for future success.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work comfortably on your own to support wider teams, while delivering to timeframes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
