Where?
You'll work with Foodstuffs New Zealand, focusing on New World and PAK'nSAVE, so the size of the market you'll be involved with is huge! Foodstuffs NZ has one of the largest and most successful marketing teams in the country and this is an opportunity to come in and play a huge part in their customer-focused BTL activity.
 
What?
The purpose of this role is to develop and execute customer focused marketing and communication initiatives, that drive engagement and loyalty to the brand. Reporting to the Direct Marketing & CRM Manager, you'll deliver both tactical and secondary level BTL campaigns.
  
You will love data and be comfortable kicking around in a CRM to segment and optimise your audience strategy.  Stakeholder management in this role is key, there is a lot to do, and you will need to manage expectations and build solid relationships to be successful! 
  

Who?
The ideal candidate will come from an agency or strong Direct Marketing background with around 2 - 3 years of relevant experience. You will have had exposure to working in an analytical capacity and feel comfortable dealing with large complex data sets and customer data.
  
You will enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment and can manage ambiguity, risk and dynamic environments. You can meet deadlines, work under pressure, have unquestionable integrity and you won't get trapped in a "JD" - rather ensnared by a passionate desire to make a difference every day!  AND of course, you will be fun to be around, able to turn up happy, engage in humour and add to a buzzing atmosphere where people love coming to work and where careers are genuinely made.
