About the company
Harcourts Team Group Head Office is the nerve centre of the Harcourts Real Estate network in the Wellington Region. Based in Paremata our small team strives to deliver exceptional levels of service and value. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday.
About the role
Reporting to the General Manager, this is a multifaceted digital content and design role including social media and website management, the design of promotional collateral, eDM and newsletter campaign management and stakeholder relations.
You will have 2-3 years' experience creating, executing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns on a variety of social media. You will also need to assist in the creating of promotional campaigns including recruitment, brand awareness designed to significantly increase our digital visibility.
You will have an excellent working knowledge of InDesign and experience designing a range of promotional collateral for print and digital. Good working knowledge of Mailchimp, ideally Wix and potentially Silverstripe and other CMS platforms would be an advantage.
Skills and experience
The ideal person for the role is someone at an intermediate level who is looking for an opportunity to develop their digital marketing and design management skills within a small organisation and in a supportive environment. A love of all things digital and design, high work output, initiative, and positive disposition are all pre-requisites for this position. A passion for working with a diverse range of people, delivering high-quality measurable output is essential.
As a person, you will need to be strong in the face of demands of others, determined to drive results and be one of those people who has many many ideas that can be turned into reality delivering cut-through.
