Your new company
Tucked away in the city fringe, my client is the facilities services partner to some of New Zealand's largest businesses. One crucial driver of their success has always been their Bid Management team, who produce a high volume of polished commercial proposals and tender responses to secure new business. Now it's your chance to join this team and drive their bids programme to greater heights.

Your new role
Reporting to the Bid Manager, your role will be to write, collate and edit tender response documents to a high standard and to deadline. To be effective, you will tailor your responses to the business needs of your customers, and clearly demonstrate why your company can offer a superior service.

What you'll need to succeed
You will love to write, and have some experience writing for business audiences, using the Plain English standard of clarity, brevity and simplicity. You will have enough of a business understanding to be able to identify business drivers behind tender responses and come up with ideas around how to meet your customer's needs through a tailored service. You will have great people skills, work ethic, and a positive can-do attitude.
