12 month fixed term contract

We are currently offering an opportunity for dynamic Agency Marketing Coordinator to join the CBRE team based in our Christchurch office on a fixed term contract.  The position is fast paced and deadline driven and will see you acting as a subject matter expert and key liaison point for all Marketing operations for the office.

  • Developing marketing ideas and initiatives and preparing budgets and timelines by campaign.
  • Liaising with the National Marketing Manager to provide general marketing guidelines for staff and update as necessary.
  • Acting as the single point of contact for the creation of agency marketing submissions.
  • Maintaining and organising online and display advertising.
  • Preparing Executive Summaries and Information Memorandums.
  • Coordinating press releases between agents and the National Marketing Manager.
  • Auction and event coordination.

  • Very computer literate - intermediate to advanced level in MS Office packages and InDesign is essential.
