Product Manager – KiwiSaver
Investments and Insurance

About the role:
We are looking for a talented Product Manager with managed funds experience to join our team who will be a dynamic leader in a demanding competitive product environment.  You will be accountable for the ongoing development, delivery and product management of leading solutions for Westpac clients across its KiwiSaver & Retirement Saving Product sets. Responsibilities will include:

• Seeking opportunities to grow, develop and enhance customer offerings
• Ensuring effective legislative and strategy change roll-out
• Review and sign-off of content and collateral
• Regulatory reporting and compliance

Your strong technical accuracy, attention to detail, and numerical thinking ability will be your biggest assets in this role.  
 
What you'll need to succeed:

• Product Management experience, specifically with managed funds and ideally with KiwiSaver
• Technically proficient with a strong focus on customers and delivering results
• Strong networking and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to influence, develop and implement strategy
• Expertise in terms of managing competing priorities, timetabling and working to deadlines
• Confidence as a subject matter expert in a highly-regulated space
