Maintenance Assistant
This full-time role is varied, challenging and very rewarding. We require an experienced, keen and well-presented individual with initiative, flexibility and a pro-active approach.
Duties and responsibilities to include:
- Carrying out daily, weekly & monthly maintenance and health & safety checks across all properties
- Carrying out various repairs and maintenance across all areas of our properties
- Assisting in ensuring the 5-star presentation standards of all property areas are in place at all times
- Assisting with outdoor maintenance including some garden maintenance, painting and vehicle movements (full driving licence essential)
- Undertake ongoing hotel maintenance projects with an eye for detail
Successful applicants for the above position will have experience in a similar role, five-star hotel environment experience and a current work visa. In return, Imperium Collection of Boutique Hotels provide:
