This business has been focused on their niche offering for over 30 years now. They service both New Zealand and offshore markets. A successful business in its own right it also has the backing of being part of a major global entity.

As they continue to grow they are now looking to secure someone for their Trade Counter / Customer Services. Ideally will have experience of working within the automotive industry - possibly from parts or aftersales or even coming off the tools. 

Key Responsibilities will include:

• First point of contact for all customers entering the sales store.
• Provide 1st class sales assistance to all levels of customers.
• Handle telephone orders from existing customers & prepare delivery dockets for dispatch.
• Prepare purchase orders & sales orders for indent stock
• Internal relationships with warehouse manager, sales reps & customer services team.
• External relationships with customers & suppliers.
• Ensure the shop area is a safe workplace.
