Fantastic opportunity to join a boutique and family friendly litigation law firm in the heart of the CBD. You will be working in an enviable location for a young firm that is progressive and forward thinking.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for reduced hours providing work/life balance while still maintaining variety and challenge of tasks. The two key elements to this role is to provide accounts and legal administration support to the practice manager. This will include:
- Assisting with court documents
- Administrative tasks (typing)
- Accounts payable & receivable
- Trust accounting (training provided)
- Assist reception during breaks
Maybe you are an experienced legal secretary keen to expand your skills in accounts or perhaps you are a skilled accounts assistant and want to add variety in your role – the options are endless as they are willing to teach.
To be successful in this role you will be one step ahead with your logical thinking, excellent organisational and time management skills. You will ideally have experience within the legal sector or familiarity with court proceedings. Perhaps you are in an accounts role within a professional services environment and would like to broaden your reach and knowledge?
On offer:
Flexible hours, ideally 9am-3pm with the requirement to work until 5pm if needed from time to time and excellent salary.
