The role
The Group Financial Controller is based at Vitaco’s East Tamaki facility.   Leading a team of 18, handling complex financial reporting functions, linked to operating in multi-jurisdictions with their differing regulatory frameworks, multiple brands, large numbers of sku’s and modern high technology manufacturing plants.  Process improvements, providing financial input into business case scenario’s, forecasting, planning and budgeting, providing timely reports and advice on critical cost and revenue variables, treasury and cashflow management are all crucial functions.

Person requirements
We seek people who have:

• CA or CPA membership as well as early career experience within a large CA firm
• led a finance team where complexity, size of business and multiple jurisdictions would provide appropriate experience for adding value to Vitaco’s business
• led a team that felt empowered and developed in such a way that there was a very positive culture
• commercial acumen and bottom line focus
• been a true business partner to external and internal stakeholders, managing relationships and expectations with clear proactive communications
