Funciones

ASG technologies is looking for a software architect (SOA) to assist and guide our full-time engineers in architecting, designing, and developing our Workspaces platform. Description Workspaces architecture is SOA based, using a message-driven approach. Our technology stack is primarily Microsoft .NET based (ASP.NET MVC using C# and SQL Server), but we also have some Node.js, C++ and PHP components. Position involves working with 5+ Scrum teams based mainly on Barcelona (Spain), Chennai (India) and Sophia-Antipolis (France). * Participating in setting architectural strategy, roadmap, standards, policies, and procedures in collaboration with the company CTO office. * Manage adoption of CTO policies by Workspaces team(s). * Review design and code of existing systems to determine potential issues and provide suitable recommendations to improve code quality. * Acting as a technical mentor and resource for developers. * Facilitating cross-team technical communication. * Developing PoCs, reference architectures and proving out architectural patterns/decisions in working prototypes. * Working closely with the Infrastructure team to establish leading DevOps practices. Profile * 10+ years of industry experience. * 5 years of C#/.NET framework Developer and/or Architect in enterprise application software (experience in full stack web development). * Fluent English and Spanish. * Experience with various architectural styles including: DDD, CQRS, microservices and/or SOA. * Experience working with distributed technologies (Web services, SOAP, REST, WebAPI, microservices, etc.,). * Experience with SQL Server including working with ORMs such as Entity Framework. * Web client side technologies such as Typescript/Javascript, MVC frameworks, CSS etc. * Cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/OpenStack) experience. * Experience with test and continuous deployment. * Ability to communicate clearly, organize effectively and document work thoroughly. * Ability to multitask and flexibility to adjust to changing priorities. * Strong communication and negotiation skills.
