My client has an exciting role for some with exceptional client service background within the automotive industry. This role is fast paced every day offers diversity. The company has provided a leading name within the industry now for over 20 years. I am looking for someone who can not only hit the ground running but has the skills be an integral part of growing this business even more.
They are offering a very attractive package to the right person and unlike many service advisor roles this is a Monday to Friday role.
To be successful in this role:
- You will need to have background within the automotive industry
- Exceptional customer service skills and communication
- Great time management skills and able to diversify
- A CRM background would be advantageous
- Have the ability to problem solve and think on your feet
- Be looking to be part of a team and wanting to be part of bringing in new growth
- Communicate effectively with clients, management and your technicians
