About The Role
This full-time position is located in Taree NSW, providing our new Trainee with the rare opportunity to learn the ropes in parts warehousing and orders. In time, you will also develop the skills associated with Parts Sales and Interpretation within a fast-paced, multi-franchised vehicle dealership:
- Placing parts orders with our various suppliers;
- Liaising with our parts and service team members, to process parts orders;
- Coordinating repair orders, credit returns, out of stock, special parts and back orders;
- Complete all parts documentation, in line with manufacturer’ and quality standards;
- Maintaining parts technical knowledge of vehicle operations, warranties and campaigns.
About You
We will train you in the key aspects of the role. However, the following attributes will be highly valued:
- Exposure to and/or a passion for the motor industry;
- A professional solution-oriented demeanour, with excellent communication skills;
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills;
- Competence in computer technology;
- A valid driver’s licence (including manual transmission).
