Prime Recruitment's Industrial and Trades and Services Division specialist in providing labour solutions to the resources and fabrication/engineering industry in Western Australia.
We are currently looking for First-Class Machinists for immediate starts with the potential of ongoing employment for the right candidates for several positions at offer with a number of Prime Recruitment Blue-Chip clients based North & South of Perth.
The successful candidates will need have the following experience, tickets and qualifications:
- Trade Certificate in First Class Machining
- Competent is using Conventional lathes & Conventional milling machines
- Good, solid experience in working in a Job-In workshop environment
- Competent in reading and interpreting of machining/engineering drawings
- Competent in working with Metric & Imperial sizes
- Experienced with the safe use of universal and independent chucks
- Capable to work unsupervised at times
- Required to have your own basic tools of the trade in Machining
- Need to hold a current driver's license and have reliable transport
- Hours of work ranges between 45 - 50 hours per week
