DieselWorx Pty Ltd is a well equipt family based mechanical workshop located in Wingfield.
We are looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic with a minimum HR license, High Risk License forklift and White Card with a background working with Trucks, Trailers and Earthmoving Equipment would be desirable.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
· Carry out scheduled services on various vehicles
· Carry out truck and trailer maintenance, inspections, repairs and diagnostics.
· Complete required paperwork e.g. job cards, service sheets, etc at the completion of each job.
· Carry out any other duties as required.
· Attend customer breakdowns when required.
· Communicate with all staff,and must be a team player
· Answerable to Workshop Manager / Director.
The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience in a similar environment with the following attributes. Proven Qualifications and skills, job references and proven work history is a must.
Experience in all makes and models of Japanese, European, and American trucks are not essential but would be of advantage. Also including Heavy Haulage plant trailers & equipment eg. Drake Low Loaders & Platform would be also an advantage.
This position is available for immediate start; Hours will be Monday to Friday with some Weekend work attracting overtime rates.
Remuneration will be negotiated based on experience.
