Skills required for success in this role:
- Cert II/Cert III horticulture - preferred
- 5+ years qualified experience commercial landscape industry
- White card
- 3+ years' experience as a team leader managing a team of 4-6 staff
- Ability to prioritise time and the skill to running an efficient site
- Excellent communication with clients and staff

- Ability to manage a team and prioritise workload
- An eye for detail and quality work
- Excellent work ethic and attitude with the ability to be on the tools working
- Focused on the task and ability to get the job done no matter the circumstances
- Ability to train staff such as apprentices and labourers
We are looking for a Horticulture Team Leader to join our team, who has vast experience managing a team of 4-6 employees and managing award winning sites across Sydney. The right candidate must be keen to add value to team culture, ability to build respected relationships with employees and a desire to drive the business forward.
