Your new company specialise in high end commercial work with key interests in the aged care and education sector. With a busy new financial year in the works and key accounts already won, this is your chance to step into a senior management role within the business and work very closely along side the businesses Director.
Your new role
This position has become available sue to growth and expansion within the company,they are looking for an experience production manager to lead their team of 8 full time Cabinet makers to success!
your new role will have you -
- Overseeing the scheduled of work and ensure on time delivery and quality of end product
- Ordering of raw material and
- Managing a team (up to 10) on the factory floor
- Delegate roles on factory floor, and prioritise tasks to meet project deadlines
- Dispatching jobs onsite meeting targets for all projects
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will have held a similar position before or be an extremely driven production supervisor ready to take their next step. the ideal candidate will come from a trade background in cabinet making and have a strong understanding of production of commercial joinery. If you have experience using Cabinet Vision or Microvellum software this would be HIGHLY REGARDED.
