Heavy Diesel Mechanic
The business :
- Privately owned and operated, well established and thriving.
- Working with the most successful names in the quarry and mining industry.
- Leader in the concrete, asphalt, hydraulics game.
The role :
- 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. 6am to midday, Saturday.
- Laverton North based.
- Service, repair and maintain a range of paving brands including Blaw Knox, Cat, Hamm and Bobcat.
- Diagnosis, maintenance and repair of diesel engines, transmissions, drivetrain components, air brakes and fuel systems.
- Lucrative hourly rate + loads of overtime
The successful applicant :
- Fully qualified diesel mechanic.
- Experience working with Asphalt and a machine background.
- Experience in diagnosis, maintenance and repair of diesel engines, transmissions, drivetrain components, air brakes and fuel systems.
- Experience with digital diagnostic techniques.
- Be able to pass a full medical and national criminal check.
- Hardworking, team player with strong work ethic.
