We are currently looking to recruit a number of boilermakers and welders for a client in Naval Base. We are looking for reliable, experienced boilermakers and welders with a proven track record for high quality work.
Our client is located in Naval Base, and provides fabrication services for the water, infrastructure, mining, oil & gas, resources, power, utility, petrochemical and defence industries. They pride themselves on delivering high quality work to clients on time, and in a safe manner.
Our client is offering 54+ hours per week, paid weekly with a base rate plus penalties. This is a Three month role with the possibility for extension for the right candidates.
We are currently looking for:
Qualified Boilermakers
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be a qualified boilermaker,
- Have extensive workshop experience,
- Be able to read and interpret drawings,
- Have arc-air gouging experience,
- Hold experience with structural and plate work.
Welders
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be able to pass a 3G, 4G and 6G Flux Core weld test,
- Have experience with MIG and TIG, as well as Flux Core welding,
- Have extensive workshop experience
The successful candidates will:
Be able to demonstrate a good understanding of industry standards for OH&S.
Have the right to work unrestricted in Australia.
Hold a minimum current WA 'C' Class licence, and have reliable transport.
Be team players, with a track record for professionalism in the workplace.
