We currently have several Casual Team Leader positions vacant in Canberra. These shifts are generally 2 day’s and 2 night’s. The hours are: 05:30 to 17:30 & 17:30 to 05:30.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of minimum of 2 to 3 staff
- Liaise with SNP Site manager
- Liaise with ACT Health
- After hours on call officer and on site shift coordinator
- Liaise with SNP Monitoring
- Liaise with ACT Health off site Health sites
- Contractor escorts & locking & unlocking of doors
- Responding to all codes at the Hospital
- Monitoring CCTV cameras and Access control
- Report on incidents that occurred during the shift
- Foot patrol of campus including car parks and facility’s
The successful candidates will possess the following:
- Certificate III Security Operations
- Minimum 2 - 3 years security experience
- Displays leadership skills and demonstrates supervisory experience
- Ability to manage a team in a busy and complex environment
- Professional communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Intermediate to Advanced Computer skills
