- A role to ensure the Hotel is in perfect shape for our customers
About The Role:
A handperson, with a heavy focus on painting, will be responsible for completing maintenance works across this award winning property: Lindenderry in the iconic Red Hill Precinct
The successful applicant will work with the hotel's maintenance team
The successful applicant will have the support of the hotel's Maintenance Manager and The Lancemore Group's team to help them achieve success.
About You:
- Positive and optimistic attitude – "we can do anything" approach
- An efficient painter with knowledge of painting products and techniques to deliver a job that will stand the test of time (and weather!)
- Experience with fixing day to day things – lights, taps, etc
- Logical approach to problem solving
- Ability to understand what the customer sees – and ensure our property is always kept to the highest standard
- Ability to work with teams, and communicate clearly and on time
- Strong communication skills
- Experience of maintenance activities in a fast moving lean environment
- Ideally experience in hotels
