Desired Attributes and Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Dermal Sciences OR Diploma in Beauty Therapy with minimum of 2 years experience in skin.
- Laser Safety Cert preferred and experience with IPL skin treatments and Laser Hair Removal.
- Skincare Experience with Aspect and Cosmedix (would be a bonus)
- A passion for customer care, building relationships, creating confidence and making a difference.
- A successful track record in productivity and reaching targets.
- Positive and bubbly person with a great outlook on our industry.
- Strong retail sales skills and rebooking ethic
- Open to learn new treatments and research new treatments for the salon to take on.
- Problem solver attitude.
- Cert in Training (would be a bonus)
- Team Leader Experience (would be a bonus)
