We need a customer focused, compliance driven QC Manager to manage the day-to-day responsibilities of our laboratory to produce compliant, timely and cost effective results.
Your key areas of accountability will be:
- People Management
- Laboratory Management
- Laboratory system compliance
- Ensuring quality of all test results
- Project Management
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Extensive knowledge of HPLC instrumentation and Empower software
- High knowledge in laboratory systems and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret required market standards and applicable regulatory documents; and pharmacopoeia
- Trouble shooting abilities
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Sound planning and organisational skills – with strict attention to detail
- Sound knowledge of HR practices related to people management and the ability to manage individuals and teams
- Tertiary education in science coupled with at least 8 years experience working in a fast paced laboratory testing environment
Your ability to analyse problems and situations and establish efficient plans will go along way in helping you to deliver a customer focused, results driven team. Your excellent communication skills will facilitate building cross-cultural and cross functional collaboration to deliver business goals and results.
