Our client is searching for a suitably qualified Graduate QC Analyst / Chemist to provide analytical support to their busy pharmaceutical laboratory. The successful candidate will be required to set up instruments, carry out testing of raw materials and finished products and interpret results.
The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
- Ensure that all analysis complies with standard operating procedures and governing regulations.
- Delivering analytical components of any related project work.
- Operation, maintenance and calibration of analytical instrumentation.
To be considered for this position you must comply with the following pre-requisites:
- Tertiary qualifications in Science, Pharmacy or similar.
- Practical experience using and maintaining basic analytical instrumentation.
- Familiarity with regulations governing the Pharmaceutical Industry (GLP, GMP, TGA, FDA etc).
Experience working within a similar pharmaceutical environment and competence in a range of wet chemistry techniques will be highly regarded. You will need to be self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail and thrive in a close knitted team.
