Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic team here at Kraft Heinz Freshwater Place.
You will work closely with our production, food safety and quality, and partner supplier teams leading in Risk assessment, Internal Audit programs, develop and implement procedures, and validation as well as in capital and other improvement projects.
What we require from you:
- Lead and train food safety, quality, and production personnel in fundamental principles and best practise regarding Microbiology for the business incorporating preservation (thermal ) processes such as (e.g. retort, Pasteurisation, Freezing and Chilling, drying and baking)
- Audit of internal and external factories against Kraft Heinz Global Guidelines.
- Customer Complaint Handling- mentor a small team to handle complaints including social media
- Manage the Kraft Heinz Corporate Change Control Program
- Oversee the Management of a team based in a Microbiological & Chemical Testing Laboratory
- Review importation/exportation requirements for Food products from Kraft Heinz Affiliates
- Execute appropriate solutions to solve microbiological problems, including plant and/or procedural modifications.
- Technical liaison between manufacturing, third parties and regulators
- Regularly review and report on the role and KPI’s
