About this opportunity

Due to the consistent growth of their portfolio there is an opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to get on board.  They anticipate a maximum settling in period of 6 months, to allow you to get familiar with owners, systems and procedures, before  transitioning into your own small portfolio.  The current team is highly experienced and will be their on-hand to assist with your career transition.

Duties will include

Initially supporting two experienced Property Managers with end-to-end duties including;

• Inspections
• Leasing 
• Rental arrears
• Maintenance
• Final bonds

After this initial period (based on your experience and settling period) you will then be given your very own small portfolio of clients to manage the absolute end to end process, excluding trust accounts and new business.

This rare opportunity will suit a candidate that really is SUPER PASSIONATE and looking for a long term career in property management.  Training and career growth will be supported and encouraged for the right candidate.

Ideally you will have two years experience working within in the Real Estate industry, with a minimum of one year experience within the Property Management arena.  More importantly you will be a team player that is passionate about all things Property Management.

You will need a current Property Management or Sales Registration and a current WA drivers license.
