Operating for over 20 years and committed to being a premier boutique agency in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, this is an innovative and well respected office run by an extremely successful director. Specialising in both residential and commercial real estate, this office is located centrally amongst a hub of café's and surrounded by Sydney's popular beaches. With an experience Property Management team of 5, this is an opportunity for a Leasing Consultant to be the face and voice of a well-recognised team.
 
The Role:
Working closely with a tight knit Property Management team, you will be responsible for the leasing of all vacant managements and all brand new apartments and houses in the Coogee, Randwick and Maroubra area. With time off during the week, you will be responsible for:

• Handling property enquiries via email & phone
• Advertising properties online
• Arranging open times with tenants
• Open homes & private appointments for existing & new developments
• Processing rental applications
• Preparing leases
• Lease sign ups
• Working closely with PM's

 
The Candidate:
We are looking for someone bright, bubbly and ready to work in a fast paced environment! Ideally, you will have previous Real Estate experience, however a current Certificate of Registration is essential! You will have strong attention to details, be articulate and well-presented and have the ability to think outside the square!
