About the Company
Our client is a progressive, dynamic and respected Global organisation who understands that people are the foundation of a company’s success.
We are presently seeking a Retail Property Co-ordinator who will be responsible for the ongoing growth and development of a portfolio of 100 plus site across Australia.
Your Role
Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will manage and be responsible for:
- A growing network of sites across Australia
- Preparation and scheduling of existing site refurbishments and new site builds
- Lease negotiations with landlords and other external contractors
- Tendering of project services and site contracts
- Identifying and reviewing new sites / locations
- Network security and facilities management
- Ensuring all equipment & structures are in a safe & operational condition at all times
- Budgeting, forecasting and expense control
- Attending regular team meetings as required and actioning any issues
- Ensuring effective insurance and risk management principles are applied in the execution of all works.
Essentials
You possess a demonstrated history in either Retail Store Development / Operations Management / Network Development / Leasing / Asset Management or Facilities Management across multiple locations. Your success in any of these areas, coupled with your strong commercial sense, influencing and negotiation skills are second to none. Outstanding communication skills, problem solving ability and results oriented attitude are a necessity.
You must also have the ability to create and maintain positive conditions with internal stakeholders and external customers. You have a proven capacity to think and operate strategically and your intelligent approach to business is reflected in your achievements.
