About the Employer
An ASX listed company who specialise in the new and off the plan property space in Australia, our client has one of the largest range of off the plan apartments, town houses and house and land properties in the country. This is an exciting time to join the company with a revised focus on town house and house and land property in Melbourne.

About the Role
Due to unprecedented growth, our client is looking to add to its Property Consultant team. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Partnerships you will be responsible for maximising new business opportunities with clients, meeting in their home or in the office discussing the service offering and essentially generating a sale. You will be provided with leads from one of Australia's leading online property portals for new property and will be expected to hit the ground running.
  
  
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Maximising leads from one of Australia's leading online property portals for new property and converting into sales
  • Access to a portfolio of new house & land, town houses and luxury apartments
  • Establish, develop and maintain client relationships with current and prospective buyers
  • Clearly explain the benefits of buying and investing into property
  • Keep abreast of Australia's residential and commercial property projects, market conditions, competitive activities and promotional trends through the reading/viewing of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and acquisition areas.
  
To be successful for this role you must have the following:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in a similar role
  • Experience selling house and land or off the plan property advantageous
  • Proven sales track records in selling property
  • High energy and driven attitude to hit and exceed sales targets
  • Ability to build and foster key relationships with outstanding negotiation skills
  • Have strong business skills and an understanding of the market
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Agent Representative certificate essential
  • Impeccable presentation is paramount
  • The ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated
  • Must have current drivers licence and own vehicle
  • It is crucial that you can communicate effectively with all stakeholders and essential that you have a strong command of written and verbal English
