It’s time to raise the bar in property management! This is a team that are set out to build their reputation as an honest team that love what they do and have fun doing it. As an award winning office within a large franchise group, this is a team that are based in the heart of the Bondi area. Currently seeking a Team Leader/Senior Property Manager to head up a tight knit Department, this is a role for someone that wants to be part of an expanding and successful team.
  
The Role:

Monday – Friday, this is a position for a person that demonstrates leadership - you will be intelligent, smart and approachable. We are looking for someone to lead a top performing team:

• Manage 140 properties all based in the Eastern Suburbs
• KPI's and manage /mentor a team of 5 people { 500 properties in office} 
• Setting targets for your team 
• NO Accounts, NO Leasing and NO Weekends
• Report into the Director

The Candidate:

• Be able to run a team 
• Have a minimum of five years Property management experience 
• High level of professionalism
• Commitment to superior customer service
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• High level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills
