New Homes Sales Consultant Role for a leading builder in Sydney's South West.

Your new company
Our client is one of the leading land and new home developers in Australia. They have a proud heritage and their philosophy is to provide exceptional quality coupled with industry leading client service. This award winning organisation is experiencing massive growth and they have recently opened up two new display suites in New South Wales.

Your new role
This exciting role will involve working on site to actively sell contract homes, house and land packages and display homes, liaise with interested parties who walk on site, develop and maintain the client database, qualifying clients, preparing preliminary estimates and completing paperwork associated with the sales process.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have at least 2 years sales experience in either; land and new homes sales or project sales in Australia, a proven track record of successfully closing deals and delivering exceptional customer service and impeccable presentation. In addition your own vehicle, driving licence and real estate license will all be required.
